Description
Matured for 3-4 years, it is a cross between Poacher and parmesan so it is delicious on pasta and risotto but also a great eating cheese. It was created during the covid pandemic because we were suddenly unable to sell our surplus milk so we needed to make a longer keeping cheese!
Shelf life on receipt: minimum 2 months
