Dorstone – an aged but soft raw goat’s milk cheese made by Neal’s Yard Creamery that is wrapped in ash.
Tunworth – a camembert style cow’s milk cheese made in Hampshire by Stacey Hedges.
Colston Bassett Stilton – very creamy blue made by Billy Kevan in Nottinghamshire.
Gorwydd Caerphilly – a traditional raw cow’s milk crumbly cheese made by the Trethowan brothers in Somerset.
Lincolnshire Poacher – matured for 18 months using raw cow’s milk.
N.B. We just supply the cheeses for your wedding cheese cake, leaving the assembly and decoration up to you
