Perroche – fresh raw milk goat’s cheese made by Neal’s Yard Creamery in Herefordshire.

Stinking Bishop – washed rind cow’s milk cheese made by Charles Martell in Gloucestershire.

Strathdon Blue – a rich creamy cow’s milk blue made by Highland Fine Cheese Co in Ross-shire.

Baron Bigod – the only traditional raw milk Brie-de-Meaux style cheese produced in the UK by Fen Farm Dairy, Suffolk.

N.B. We just supply the cheeses for your wedding cheese cake, leaving the assembly and decoration up to you.
