Perroche – fresh raw milk goat’s cheese made by Neal’s Yard Creamery in Herefordshire.

Cornish Yarg – a delicate cow’s milk cheese made by Lynher Dairies that is wrapped in nettles.

Colston Bassett Stilton – very creamy blue made by Billy Kevan in Nottinghamshire.

Perl Wen – cow’s milk cheese across between a Caerphilly and a brie made by Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire.

N.B. We just supply the cheeses for your wedding cheese cake, leaving the assembly and decoration up to you.
