Baron Bigod – a creamy, white bloomy-rind cheese. It has a smooth silky texture and a golden curd, with long lasting warm earth, farmyard and mushroom flavours.
Stichelton – a very characterful raw milk blue made on the Welbeck estate – worthy of any cheeseboard.
Smoked Lincolnshire Poacher – 18 month old Lincolnshire Poacher that has been cold smoked overnight. (makes delicious cauliflower cheese among other things).
