Stichelton is one of the very few English blue cheeses made on the farm with raw milk, using traditional techniques that offer complexity and length of flavour of a different sort to that of pasteurised cheese.
Made with raw milk from the Welbeck Estate in Nottinghamshire, this is a rich, unctuous blue cheese with a texture of velvet.
Shelf life on receipt: minimum 2 weeks
Made using unpasteurised cows milk and traditional rennet – not suitable for vegetarians.
