Made by Cropwell Bishop in the Vale of Belvoir south east of Nottingham, this Stilton is carefully crafted by hand, using methods that have hardly changed since the 17th Century. Aged for approximately 12 weeks, this Stilton has a rich tangy flavour, and a velvety-soft texture that makes it melt in the mouth.

Like most cheese, Blue Stilton should be stored in the fridge and brought up to room temperature before eating.
