Katherine – a hard washed rind goat’s cheese made by White Lake Cheese in Somerset.

Cornish Yarg – a delicate cow’s milk cheese made by Lynher Dairies that is wrapped in nettles.

Wigmore – a raw milk bloomy rinded sheep’s cheese made by Village Maid Cheese in Berkshire.

Gorwydd Caerphilly – a traditional raw cow’s milk crumbly cheese made by the Trethowan brothers in Somerset.

Lincolnshire Poacher –  selected and matured for 18 to 22 months, giving more depth and complexity with a nutty sweetness and long clean finish.

N.B. We just supply the cheeses for your wedding cheese cake, leaving the assembly and decoration up to you.
