Handmade in Suffolk by Fen Farm Dairy, a 250g version of their award-winning farmhouse Brie style cheese, made with milk from their own grass-fed Montbeliarde cows milk.
It has a smooth silky texture and a golden curd, with long lasting warm earth, farmyard and mushroom flavours
Shelf life on receipt: minimum 2 weeks.
Made using traditional rennet and pasteurised cow’s milk – not suitable for vegetarian.
Keep refrigerated on receipt and leave in original packaging until ready to eat.
Bring to room temperature for about an hour before serving.
If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
